"Journey to Peace" October 23rd - 30th, 2009

Day 1 - Depart Newark to Croatia

Day 2 - Arrive in Croatia, transfer to Medjugorje in time for Mass and rosary

Days 3 - 8 - In order to avail ourselves of spontaneous opportunities that may arise while we are in Medjugorje, and due to frequent weather considerations, our daily schedule in Medjugorje is fluid. The following are our most common activities:

- PRIVATE group session with Vicka and Fr. JozoVisit Apparition Hill (site of the first apparitions), walking-rosary around the hill
- Private prayer at the Blue Cross
- Ascending Mount Krizevac (Cross Mountain) praying the Stations of the Cross
- Prayer at the summit of Mt. Krizevac beneath its 30 foot cross overlooking the astonishing view of the "valley of peace"
- Healing service and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at St. James Church
- Walking tour of the homes of the visionaries
- Discussion and prayer with the visionaries
- Private prayer in the apparition room of one of the visionaries
- Visit the Oasis of Peace Community (where Our Lady has appeared 250 times)
- A half-day visit to pray with Fr. Jozo
- Days of reflection and personal meditation

Day 7 - Depart late afternoon for Lisbon

Day 8 - Time permitting, see childhood home of St. Anthony of Padua. Depart for Newark
