- The Australian friars will host pilgrims in several a large informal settings including their Retreat Center, a local parish and a lodge close to the WYD activities site. Pilgrims will bring their own sleeping bags and /or bed rolls. A LIMITED number of rooms in the retreat house are also available for a supplemental fee of $395, per person. - Opening Mass with Cardinal Pell, Arrival of Pope Benedict XVI, teaching sessions with international bishops, Youth Festival Performances and Exhibitions, Stations of the Cross through the city, Pilgrim Walk and Vigil under the stars with Pope Benedict XVI and closing mass. - Sydney Zoo, Bondi Beach, Blue Mountains excursions (add $50 per excursion or $135 for a package of 3)
